Landing in Wellington
Second post in a row : I did not have the time in Sydney to connect to the internet and post ''The travel''.
The end of the journey
So I arrived on time in Sydney and took my plane to Wellington without any problems.
From there, I took the bus to the it-which-must-not-be-named hostel, where I planned to work a little for accommodation.
Disappointing first impression
Speaking of that, the ''full accommodation'' does not include neither food, nor laundry, nor internet connection. I have to pay to access these services (yeah, I paid to post in this blog).
I sleep in a room with six other people (already met four of them), all housekeepers like I am now. I do not now how many people are employed in the same situation, but there are at least three more rooms like mine.
Finally, I am disappointed about the hostel : I find it low quality, seems to abuse workers for accommodation and who have to pay for almost everything except sleeping and storing stuff in a fridge.
But my roomates are cool, indulgent toward my English skills and help me.
According to my plans, my next host welcomes me on the 6th of December, which means that there are three weeks before it happens. Depending on how the work ambiance is, I may leave this hostel sooner that I previously planned.
Rest and see
For now, exhausted by my journey, I struggle to avoid felling asleep on my keyboard.
Tomorrow is my first day of work, hope my mates are fun and tasks does not make it feel like inhuman exploitation.
